Good overall experience. Deluxe hotel, handy location and very helpful staff. Beautifully decorated room with comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. An ironing set, coffee/tea makers and a work desk were convenient. Located in 15 minutes' walk from Cordusio tube station.

The check-in process was confusing and inconvenient, especially arriving late at night without 24/7 reception. The room was quite noisy due to street traffic and the thin walls. I found the bed to be very stiff, which contributed to an uncomfortable stay.

Central location, beautiful room, but check-in could be smoother
The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we did find the check-in process a bit complicated, especially arriving late at night with no 24/7 reception. It would have been better to have clearer instructions beforehand to ease the entry process.
